Complete front and rear suspension package for the 2010-2024 Toyota 4Runner (5th Gen), built around ADS Racing Shocks Direct Fit Race Series components. Fits all trims including SR5, TRD Off-Road, TRD Pro, Trail, and Limited.

Front Coilovers
ADS 2.5" Direct Fit Race Coilovers with remote reservoirs — extended travel, hard chrome shaft, zinc-plated body. Optional upgrade to adjustable clicker reservoirs for on-the-fly compression tuning.

Front Spring Rate / Lift (choose based on front-end load):

• 600 lb — 2.0" lift, stock front end
• 650 lb — 2.5" lift, 100-200 lb added front load (bumper, winch, skids)
• 700 lb — 2.5-3.0" lift, 200+ lb added front load (full armor builds)

Rear Shocks
ADS 2.5" Direct Fit Race Shocks with remote reservoirs. Available in 9.5" or 10" stroke. Optional clicker reservoir upgrade. Rear 3-tube bypass shocks are available as an upgrade for builds pushing 0-3" of rear lift.

Rear Springs (Old Man Emu — choose based on rear load):

• OME 895 — 2.0" lift, stock load
• OME 889 — 2.5-3.0" lift, 100-300 lb constant load
• OME 898 — 3.0" lift stock / 2.0-2.5" lift with 400 lb load
• OME 899 — 2.5-3.0" lift, 440-800 lb heavy load (drawers, RTT, bumper)

Install Notes

• Aftermarket upper control arms required — factory UCAs will bind at full droop with 2"+ of lift. SRQ and ADS both offer UCA options for this platform.
• Alignment required after install.
• Lift height ranges assume stock wheel/tire combos; actual measured lift varies with vehicle weight and accessories.
